Alzheimer's Disease Support Group
The support group is facilitated by Lynette Bradfield RNC, a certified psychiatric nurse with a strong interest in making life easier for individuals and families coping with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias.
Time: Last Tuesday of every month at 6:30pm
